Exchanges and Returns
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on this website. But as a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once Maati pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement or for a credit note (provided they meet terms and condition). Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described. If for some reason, you are unsure of the size and would like to exchange them, you can write to us at email@example.com and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
Note – If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
All products not on sale are eligible for exchange. All made to orders products are non returnable and non exchangeable.
Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have a 7 days exchange policy from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse exchange that are shipped after the 7 days grace period expires or item(s) are not in the same condition as you received them in. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, we will take care of the shipping.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of trial and/or being worn before, altered, washed or damaged in any way will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product. End of season sale items or final sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.
We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
Please note that we are unable to accept for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
